PROCEDURES FOR DEALING WITH VIOLENT INSTANCES
The company provides guidance and advice to deal with situations involving breaches and violations of its policies and the company's rules and regulations. The company shall also take appropriate action against the distributor(s) involved in the case. In the event of any violation, the following procedures need to be observed: 1. A complaint must be lodged immediately upon knowing about a violation of any policies, rules, or regulations of the company. The complaint must be given via email, along with the details of the alleged violation. 2. Also, she or he must inform her or his sponsor about the complaint. 3. Upon receiving the complaint, the company shall take immediate and necessary action on her/his case according to the rules, regulations, and ethics. 4. In the event of inadequate information, the company may request more details from either party. 5. If the company is convinced that the only way to restore normalcy is to suspend or terminate distributorship, it shall convey its decision by writing a letter to the distributor concerned at the email address provided, as well as to the distributor's sponsor. 6. The company reserves the right to take necessary action against the terminated distributor, including seeking compensation, recovering damages, and incurring legal costs, if any. 7. However, the company reserves the right to amend or modify any part of the above decision if/when such a need is felt by the company management.
