Returns & Exchange Policy
• All the distributors should know that it is only a RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY, which means we can exchange the value of the returned products with other products equivalent to the same Business Value (BV) and will resend to the related distributor. • THIS DOESN’T MEAN THAT THE COMPANY WILL RETURN THE MONEY. THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE VALUE OF ANY PURCHASED GOODS WOULD BE CALCULATED AND THE COMMISSION(S) WOULD BE DISTRIBUTED WITHIN THE WEEK. • SO, ONLY THE EXCHANGE OF THE GOODS WITH OTHER GOODS OF THE SAME BUSINESS VALUE (BV) CAN BE DONE. • This policy lasts only for 7 days after the date of receipt of the package. Then after, we cannot exchange the products.
WITHIN INDIA
To be eligible for a return, 1. The product's expiration date must not be less than 6 months from the date of purchase. 2. The product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. 3. Labels should be untorn and clean. 4. Seals must not be broken or damaged. 5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not ask for an exchange without the intimation (invoice) provided. 6. The required courier charge (if applicable) will be charged in advance, or the exchange cannot be done. 7. Only regularly priced items may be exchanged. The item(s) purchased during the sale, offer, discount, or scheme period cannot be exchanged. 8. To pay the courier charges, to and from, is the sole responsibility of the distributor.

NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND. GOODS SOLD AND DELIVERED WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
