1. For the protection and dignity of the distributors while doing this business, the following Rules and Regulations of RENMARK BIZ PRIVATE LIMITED are formulated. 2. Any violation of the same can result in the termination of the distributorship. The company reserves the right to amend its policies, rules, and regulations without issuing prior notice or clarification. 3. It is an obligation that before starting this business, the distributors are required to read, understand, and learn the business completely, for which the company provides training and seminars regularly. Without knowing about the whole plan and procedure, one is suggested not to start the prospecting. 4. Each and every distributor must adhere to the company’s rules, regulations, and code of ethics. 5. Every distributor is expected to know and understand the following rules and code of conduct just before the enrolment in this business and should follow them with the highest standards of honesty and integrity towards the company. 6. The distributor should present the company's business plan accurately and honestly to their associates. All the distributors should know that there will be no earnings unless the distributor makes the effort and generates the sale. He or she should represent the level of effort required for achieving success very honestly. 7. The distributor should not promise any kind of earnings or incentives to any prospect that does not come under the business plan of the company. 8. The distributor shall not use misleading, deceptive, false, or unfair recruiting practises. 9. The distributor shall not misrepresent actual or potential sales, earnings, or the advantages of the business to any prospect during marketing. 10. The distributor will not sell any of the products of our company through any retail or wholesale outlets. Our products are to be sold only according to the business plan of our company. 11. Mainly, the objective of this company's business plan is to increase the number of consumers of our products. Hence, we don’t emphasize selling rather than consumption. So, the distributors should not force any other distributor for sales purposes only. 12. The distributor should not encourage any of the prospects to purchase goods, services, literature, or sales demonstration equipment in unreasonably large amounts. 13. The distributor should not indulge any of the prospects into purchasing a large volume of the products for the large amount of commission. 14. The distributor should never make any kind of negative remarks about the company, its management team, its products, any of the distributors, employees, or anybody related to this company. He/she should always be respectful towards the company as well as our business. 15. The distributor should always strive to ensure the satisfaction of the prospects with his or her services to them as well as the products they purchase from our company. 16. The distributor should not do any kind of work or express anything that would have an adverse effect on the reputation of the company and its business. 17. The distributor should not use misleading, deceptive, and/or unfair trade practises. 18. It is the duty of the distributors to attend every training, seminar, workshop, meeting, etc. organised by the company as far as possible. The distributors should know that without the proper education about the business, nobody can avail the profit and advantages of this business fully. 19. Bonus for all distributors is computed on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and last day of the month in a calendar month according to the business done in the relevant sales period. Payouts will be issued by the company to the registered distributors as per the company's policy. 20. On receipt of the weekly payout, distributors should check the accuracy of the computation. Any queries in this respect should be made within 5 days from the date of issuance of the pay out. In the absence of such queries, the figures mentioned in the statement shall be considered final and binding. 21. The pay-outs are calculated automatically by the system. 22. It is mandatory for the distributors to provide their address and bank details at the time of completing the enrolment form online. They must also send us information as per the company guidelines if there is any change in their address, bank details, mobile number, email ID, etc. in the future. Hence, the distributor has to keep their KYC accurate online at all times. 23. In order to receive the bonus, the distributor must mandatorily provide his or her bank details to the company at the time of enrolment. In the event that the distributor fails to provide the bank details, the company, RENMARK BIZ PVT. LIMITED, reserves the right to withhold the bonus amount. 24. Do not pay cash to anybody except the company. Never pay any cash to anybody for the purchases, etc. Use online software for any kind of monetary transaction.
